Custom orders are made especially for you according to your specifications one hair at a time, therefore, returns are not accepted. We use the finest virgin human Remy hair available on the market today and most of the price of your custom lace wig will depend on the desired length of hair you select. We don’t charge extra for baby hair or bleached knots.

• Measurements:You may take your own measurements by hand and input them into the custom order form. Please view to the instructional measurement chart for taking self-measurements.
• Hair Color: You may select any base color and can combine two or even three colors. You create the look and style you want. If you dont see the color that you want, email us a photo of the color.

There is a small color charge for most colors, but basic colors (1, 1B, 2, 4 and natural (undyed) are free. Hair Texture: Select from our standard curl patterns, or send in a photo so that we may replicate. Send to: customerservice@tiffanichanel.com . After you pay for your system, Your custom order form will be sent to the review center for processing according to your specifications. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of custom orders. You may request a rush on your custom order which will shorten the completion time to about 10 days production. Allow a full 2 weeks for delivery of rush orders. Closures are used to cover the top area of the head where the weft hair ( track hair, weaving hair ) is bonded/sewn down.  They are used to cover the area that is know to many as the “horseshoe”.  Those who are very familiar to wearing weaves know that the most important part of weaving is to make sure the area at the front hairline & crown area are well blended.  They can also be used with various other weaving methods.

Hair density refers to how much hair is used on the wig cap to create fullness. The perception of density determined d by the type of hair used and how it is styled. For example, curled hair and hair spray creates volume and fullness. Curly, wavy and kinky textured hair expands when combed out. Very straight hair textures have less volume and fullness. Therefore, two wigs with the same exact hair density will have different looks in volume based on the hair style and texture. For the most natural look, select a density that is close to your own. Medium density (120%) is the denisty that all of our wigs are created with. To add more strands to your unit, we offer customization of 130% and 150% (very, very thick).
