We offer professional lace wig cleaning.  Your unit will have glue removed and will be be washed, deep conditioned and sealed by our trained professionals.  We also offer removal products and instructions for customers to clean their units at out retail location.

*If unit is tangled the fee will either be higher or unit may not be accepted for services.

Instructions for Cleaning Service

1. After purchasing this serice, please email us a photo and description of the damaged wig to customerservice@tiffanichanel.com.  Please use “REPAIR” in the subject line of the email.  
2. Please mail your wig(s) to:   Tiffani Chanel Luxury Hair, 330 Rayford Road, Spring, TX. 77386
3. Please insure your wig when mailing. Please also include tracking information. We are not responsible items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
4. Upon  receipt, wig will be inspected for any rips, tear or dry rotting or other damage and we will communicate with you about any excess charges, if applicable. 

*If you are currently shopping for merchandise, please pay for this service seperately. The shipping fee paid upon checkout will be used to mail your wigs back to you.

Custom orders are made especially for you according to your specifications one hair at a time, therefore, returns are not accepted. We recommend that you take your measurements carefully to ensure that your custom order fits correctly. We will not accept returns due to custom orders not fitting properly.

We use the finest virgin human Remy hair available on the market today and most of the price of your custom lace wig will depend on the desired length of hair you select. We don’t charge extra for baby hair or bleached knots.

• Measurements:You may take your own measurements by hand and input them into the custom order form. Please view to the instructional measurement chart for taking self-measurements.
• Hair Color: You may select any base color and can combine two or even three colors. You create the look and style you want. If you dont see the color that you want, email us a photo of the color.

There is a small color charge for most colors, but basic colors (1, 1B, 2, 4 and natural (undyed) are free. Hair Texture: Select from our standard curl patterns, or send in a photo so that we may replicate. Send to: customerservice@tiffanichanel.com . After you pay for your system, Your custom order form will be sent to the review center for processing according to your specifications. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of custom orders. You may request a rush on your custom order which will shorten the completion time to about 10 days production. Allow a full 2 weeks for delivery of rush orders. If you have any questions pertaining to the custom order, please feel free to contact us.

PAYMENTS, RETURNS & REFUNDS: Important! Please try on your wig or hair unit immediately upon receiving it and make sure it is as you ordered. If there are any inconsistencies between your order and your unit, do not comb, brush, wet the hair, cut the lace or alter the hair in any way and within 7 days, contact us so that we may arrange an exhange. If you alter the wig or hair unit, it may not be returned for any reason. If you can fit a stock wig size, sometimes custom  colored wigs can be available immediately. Just send us an email.

Stephania, our virgin Brazilian lace wig is extremely beautiful and full of body. All cuticles go in the same direction which prevents tangling.
