We offer professional lace wig cleaning.  Your unit will have glue removed and will be be washed, deep conditioned and sealed by our trained professionals.  We also offer removal products and instructions for customers to clean their units at out retail location.

*If unit is tangled the fee will either be higher or unit may not be accepted for services.

Please allow 1 week  for this service (not including shipping time). 

Instructions for Cleaning Service

1. After purchasing this serice, please email us a photo and description of the damaged wig to customerservice@tiffanichanel.com.  Please use “REPAIR” in the subject line of the email.  
2. Please mail your wig(s) to:   Tiffani Chanel Luxury Hair, 330 Rayford Road, Spring, TX. 77386
3. Please insure your wig when mailing. Please also include tracking information. We are not responsible items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
4. Upon  receipt, wig will be inspected for any rips, tear or dry rotting or other damage and we will communicate with you about any excess charges, if applicable. 

*If you are currently shopping for merchandise, please pay for this service seperately. The shipping fee paid upon checkout will be used to mail your wigs back to you.
