What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
There is a $20 flat rate for shipping and handling to all states within the continental U.S.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Most major credit cards are accepted. We are also able to send Pay Pal invoices. Please call us for invoice.
How long will delivery take?
For in stock items, delivery can take 3-7 days. If non-custom items have sold out, delivery time is 7-10 days. Custom orders take 3-5 weeks to produce. The variation is based on the complexity of the item ordered. Please call us if you need specifics on delivery date for your particular item.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All data entered into our secure website is protected. We do not have access to your credit card number after purchase.
What happens after my order?

How will I know when my item has shipped?
