We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy, or curly pattern, and the color will range between a natural 1b and 2.Â
Payment Terms
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items, and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed. If there are any errors or changes to your order please notify us immediately, we may be able to adjust your order. If we are unable to make the adjustment(s) we will need to cancel your order. If your order is canceled and depending on your financial institution, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your funds to become available again.
Credit Card Fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We have special payment processes in place to protect our clients against fraudulent transactions.
We do not accept cash, checks or money orders for online purchases.
Order Processing:
Please note that due to COVID-19 guidelines, processing times may be impacted. Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 CST. Orders from our same-day shipping category by 2:00 CST will ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the first business day. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order placement. Please note, at times couriers may experience shipping delays due to weather, in transit issues, etc. unfortunately this is out of our control. We will not reimburse shipping costs for delays caused by any courier.
Price and Quantity Limits:
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order or any portion thereof after your receipt of order confirmation.
In the event, that a product is listed at an incorrect price we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card is charged. If your card has been charged, we will promptly return the funds to your original form of payment.
Product Availability
If any product is out of stock, unavailable, or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.
Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
Return & Replacement Policy
We maintain an extremely high level of quality assurance. All our hair goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. From time to time, we, may accept return of product(s) under the following conditions:
- We accept return(s) within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Any return(s) request after 14 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
- Merchandise must be in original condition. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft, lace cut, product added, shampooed, or otherwise processed) in any way. Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received in a condition other than the original will be returned to the client without any issue of a refund.Â
- The product(s) must be sent back to us to process the return. Please contact us at customerservice@tiffanichanel.com for instructions. Â
- Prepare your package:Â Place your item(s) in its original packaging with the original invoice and the completed return authorization form, included within your order.
Once your item(s) have been received, please allow 3 to 4 business days for your return to be processed. As soon as we receive confirmation that the item(s) are in resellable condition we will issue you a refund to the original form of payment that was utilized for the purchase. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited.
Wig Exchanges and Refunds:
On first receipt of your wig, we require that you use a wig cap (included) to try on your wig for fit in order to keep the unit in new, unused condition. Keep all original packaging in place and DO NOT SEW ON YOUR WIG OR ADD CLIPS OR BANDS. If your wig does not fit as expected, please keep the following refund and exchange policy in mind:
Refund and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from receipt. Refunds and exchanges will only be honored on new, unused wigs. All original tags must be attached, and the piece must be returned with all original packaging and accompanied by your original receipt.
Refunds and exchanges will not be honored if your wig has been cut or altered in any way or if the unit is returned and appears to be worn. This includes but is not limited to: cutting the lace or any part of the wig, cutting the hair, removing original tags, hair has been picked, brushed, washed, cut, dyed (or chemically altered in any way), flat ironed, or otherwise manipulated with any styling tool, including hair dryers. Refunds and exchanges will not be honored if the unit has had hair product, perfume, or any other products applied to the hair including glues, gels, adhesive tapes, and/or sprays. No change in the integrity of the product itself is allowed: refunds or exchanges will not be honored for units with bases that are torn or damaged in any way. This includes damage from sewing needles.
Shipping Delays
For your convenience, it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust our couriers to deliver your package on time, however, if your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
Incorrect Item(s) or Missing Item(s)

Lost Shipments:
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your home and with neighbors who may have signed for and received your item(s). If you still cannot locate it, please text us immediately at 832-856-3330 and email us at customerservice@tiffanichanel.com. We will contact the courier right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation.Â
Damaged Shipments
If your package has been delivered and your package has been damaged which resulted in loss of product(s), please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately. We will contact the courier right away to start an investigation.Â
International Shipments
We are happy to able to offer International shipping options to our clients outside of the United States. Please note that clients are responsible to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Commercial invoices are sent with all shipments. All documentation provided to customs will reflect accurate information and we are unable to make any adjustments to avoid additional fees.
If a client places two orders at the same time we will combine the orders together to be shipped out in one package and refund the additional shipping cost.
