**Custom orders are made especially for you according to your specifications one hair at a time, therefore, returns are not accepted.  We will not accept returns due to custom orders not fitting properly, or if it does not produce the look you envisioned for yourself.

This is a fun and easy way to get the hair that you always envisioned. If you don’t see the color or texture that you like, upload a photograph and we will duplicate it for you.

• CUTICLE DIRECTION – Cuticles in each strand of hair are aligned in the same direction.
• MINIMAL SHEDDING – Special sewing secures the weft and prevents it from shedding as much if it is not sealed after being cut.

• SHINE & LUSTER – Natural shine and luster is retained because of the cuticle direction.

• PROCESSING – Curl and Waves patterns are created by using a hot water (boiling) process. No chemical texturizing is used.

• LONGEVITY – Lasts longer than beauty supply grade hair due to its high quality.

• COLORING: Undyed hair may be color treated. We do not recommend further color treatment of hair that has been dyed. You may select any base color and can combine two or even three colors. You create the look and style you want. If you dont see the color that you want, upload a photo of the desired color.
• HAIR TEXTURE: Select from our standard curl patterns, or upload a photo so that we may replicate.

Available in lengths of 8-30 inches. Because all bundles are 4 oz, remember that the longer the hair is, the shorter the width of the weft. For example, A 12″ long weft is roughly double the width of a 24″ long weft.

*As with all human hair, applying constant heat can damage the hair and can ruin natural curl patterns. Use hot tools with caution.
**We strongly suggest that you purchase a color ring for custom colors if you are very particular about the color that you want.

PROCESSING: After you pay for your clip ins, your order form will be sent to the review center for processing according to your specifications. You may receive a call to discuss your order before production.

PRODUCTION TIME: Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of custom orders. You may request a rush on your custom order which will shorten the completion time by one week. If you have any questions pertaining to the custom order, please feel free to contact us.

PAYMENTS, RETURNS & REFUNDS: Important! Please try on your wig or hair unit immediately upon receiving it and make sure it is as you ordered. If there are any inconsistencies between your order and your unit, do not wear, comb, brush, wet the hair, cut the lace or alter the hair in any way and within 3 days of receipt, contact us so that we may arrange an exchange. If you alter the wig or hair unit, it may not be returned for any reason.

Density Chart

Density is defined as how thick or thin the hair on your lace wig will be.

The standard and most popular choice is 120% which is Medium Density.

The average human head is considered to be between 100%-120%.

Our stock wigs have 120% (medium) density unless otherwise specified.
